Surface Design: Flavours

I’ve had a few slow days as far as S&B is concerned, so I thought I would post a few pages from one of my school books! Every Thursday afternoon I take a Surface Design class, & sometimes we’re assigned words or themes to include in our colour books. It’s a great resource for colour palettes & inspiration! Today’s pages were all based around different flavours. :D

& finally — not a flavour, but I thought I would include “Granite”! One of my favourites!
Surface Design is probably my favourite class this semester; I’ll probably post more colour pages & explorations in the future. It’s really great to have a nice, organized book full of collages for design reference!

surface design class was one of my favs too , there’s nothing like it in third year but i have complete intention of doing my own sort of surface design for the rest of my life! paper is so fun to play with :)
